Heritage Insurance Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as entry-level sales agents in a fully remote environment. This entry-level role is ideal for people who enjoy helping families, want schedule flexibility and uncapped income, and are interested in building a long-term career in sales and financial services.

No prior insurance sales experience is required. We provide structured training, ongoing coaching, and access to clients who have requested information.

Role Overview

As a Entry Level Sales agent, you will speak with individuals and families who have expressed interest in learning about insurance and financial protection options. With training and support, you’ll learn how to understand client needs, explain available solutions, and help clients take next steps to protect their family with confidence.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in virtual onboarding, training, and coaching sessions
  • Communicate with prospective clients via phone and video
  • Learn how to assess client needs and present appropriate options
  • Assist clients through the application and follow-up process
  • Maintain accurate records using company systems
  • Follow ethical and compliance standards
