As a B2C Sales Specialist (aka Puppy Concierge), you’ll help families navigate one of the most emotional, high-consideration decisions they’ll ever make: bringing home a new puppy.

This is a full-cycle, high-volume inside sales role. You’ll handle qualified, inbound leads and outbound follow-ups across phone, chat, SMS, and email. Your job is to ask smart questions, guide families to the right match, overcome objections, and close—confidently and consultatively.

You’ll need to bring energy, empathy, and urgency to every conversation. This isn’t a support role. It’s a sales role—with real targets, real coaching, and real earning potential.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be operating in a high-velocity, emotionally driven sales environment where your ability to move fast, stay organized, and close with confidence makes the difference. This isn’t about waiting for someone to buy—it’s about leading every customer through the decision-making process with urgency, clarity, and care.

Lead volume-driven outreach: Own a high volume of inbound and outbound leads daily—respond quickly, qualify thoroughly, and drive each conversation toward the next step in the sales process.

Execute structured discovery: Uncover a customer’s lifestyle, motivations, concerns, and expectations to make strong puppy recommendations that are personalized and practical.

Sell the PuppySpot value proposition: Educate families on our no puppy mill promise, 10-year health commitment, travel safety, breeder vetting, and customer-first experience.

Create urgency and close sales: Confidently overcome objections, guide decision-making, and convert interest into confirmed puppy matches with both empathy and precision.

Increase deal size with relevant add-ons: Recommend services like PupPacks, pet insurance, virtual vet access, and AKC registration to enhance the customer experience and increase average order value.

Own your follow-up rigorously: Proactively manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and never let a warm lead go cold.

Operate with tech discipline: Use HubSpot CRM and internal systems to manage all communications and maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and customer data across phone, chat, email, and SMS.

Deliver results in a KPI-driven environment: Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics including contact rate, conversion rate, sales volume, attach rate, and revenue generated.

This is a role for salespeople who understand how to balance speed with care, follow-up with intention, and urgency with trust. The reps who succeed here are confident, consultative, and accountable

What We're Looking For

You have 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in a phone-based, high-volume, consumer-facing role. You’ve sold something before—gym memberships, internet packages, pet services, insurance, or something else that requires urgency, trust, and the ability to guide people to a decision.

You’re motivated by the opportunity to earn uncapped commission and grow your sales skill set. You want coaching, feedback, and structure—not just flexibility. You know how to work a lead list, organize your follow-ups, and turn activity into outcomes.

You’re confident on the phone, comfortable with multiple channels (chat, SMS, email), and capable of managing a fast-moving day. You don’t shy away from metrics—you lean into them.
