Salary: $204,000–$254,000 OTE + Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

Job Description: You'll join the Enterprise Solutions Engineering team as a customer-facing product and technical expert. SEs at Grafana enable worldwide growth by educating potential and existing customers, owning the technical engagement during the sales cycle, and feeding customer feedback directly back into Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy
• Own the technical customer engagement across qualified and high-velocity opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations and demos
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams on product feedback and competitive landscape
• Drive product conversations based on problems learned during customer interactions
• Enhance documentation, write blog posts, and create internal enablement materials

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally in open source technologies or metrics/monitoring
• First-class written and oral communication skills
• Strong technical mindset with experience solving complex challenges creatively
• Ability to work and collaborate effectively with an international remote-first team
• Self-motivated, with strong initiative
